I really need to hurt some things right now. Punch a few holes in walls, break a few windows, a few other things that I probably should keep to myself. Anger is very negative and violent so I want to let it out before it tears me up.
Mostly my pain has turned to anger because I don't want to feel the pain and anger is easier to manage. Probably going to crawl up in a ball and not do anything for a while except I have a ton of crap to do.
